A couple things I would like you to know about me, is that I’ve been a trainer for 8 years and have helped hundreds of people through this exact process. I’m obsessed with the capacity of the human body and what it can do. I love seeing my clients get the “ah-ha” moment when they know what their body needs personally to blow past their original goal.
As we go through this journey, you should expect the basic fundamentals, of course fat loss and muscle growth! However, that’s not all I want for you. I want to help strengthen your mind. You see, it’s my firm belief that the body follows what the mind constructs. What I’m here to do is liberate you, and give you the tools necessary for a successful transformation!
Life will always happen and events will always get in the way, but the byproduct of training with me, is that I will give you the ability to rebalance yourself when that happens. My name is Jacob Lemerise, and I am a dedicated fitness professional with over five years of experience in coaching. Throughout my athletic career, I have developed a diverse range of strategies that deliver transformative results, both physically and mentally. I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the spectrum, from professional athletes and Division 1 competitors to amateur fitness enthusiasts.
I specialize in hypertrophy training, fat loss, and strength and conditioning, and I firmly believe that the experiences we cultivate in the gym extend far beyond physical fitness. My primary objective is not only to help clients achieve their fitness goals but also to empower them to embody the qualities of a champion, both within and outside the gym. I am passionate about fostering self-confidence in my clients, enabling them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Katie began her love for movement of the body and athletics at a young age, playing Club Soccer and participating in both competitive Dance and Cheer teams. She holds the following credentials: Schwinn Cycle Certified 2010, NESTA Certified Personal Trainer 2011, ASFA Certified Personal Trainer 2022, CorePower Yoga 200 Hour Power Vinyasa and 50 hour Extension program 2018, 2nd level attuned Reiki practitioner 2018, as well as studying Nutrition at Saddleback University in 2016. Her practical experience is just as extensive as her credentials.
Katie has taught at a multitude of locations to include 24 Hour Fitness, CB Cycle Barn, CorePower Yoga, Lifetime Fitness, Coto de Caza Country Club, EOS Fitness, Shredz Gym, and S&S Dance studio. She is also the proprietor of Katie Wright Fitness in which offers her signature online 6 Week Body Transformation program, as well as having serviced thousands of personal training sessions. Lastly Katie holds several unique titles to include 5 time Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor and Overall Bikini Champion.
