I’m a transformation coach specializing in women’s health and fitness, with a passion for helping my clients achieve total physical, mental, and spiritual transformation. My approach to training is centered around the belief that fitness is not just about looking good, but about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in every aspect of life.
I truly create customized programs that cater specifically to my client’s needs, focusing on body transformation and body recomposition. My programs are designed to challenge and inspire, incorporating a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises that are tailored to each client’s unique goals and abilities. I provide nutrition guidance to help my clients achieve their goals. I pride myself in my moral obligation as a coach and to the people I work with.

A couple things I would like you to know about me, is that I’ve been a trainer for 8 years and have helped hundreds of people through this exact process. I’m obsessed with the capacity of the human body and what it can do. I love seeing my clients get the “ah-ha” moment when they know what their body needs personally to blow past their original goal.
As we go through this journey, you should expect the basic fundamentals, of course fat loss and muscle growth! However, that’s not all I want for you. I want to help strengthen your mind. You see, it’s my firm belief that the body follows what the mind constructs. What I’m here to do is liberate you, and give you the tools necessary for a successful transformation!
Life will always happen and events will always get in the way, but the byproduct of training with me, is that I will give you the ability to rebalance yourself when that happens. As we do this, we will develop healthy habits and daily routines to keep your footing as you navigate through each day no matter what it throws at you. While we lift, we will apply that focus and push beyond any previous limits! If there’s one thing I can promise, you will always leave our sessions a different person than when you walked in.

My name is Jacob Lemerise, and I am a dedicated fitness professional with over five years of experience in coaching. Throughout my athletic career, I have developed a diverse range of strategies that deliver transformative results, both physically and mentally. I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the spectrum, from professional athletes and Division 1 competitors to amateur fitness enthusiasts.
I specialize in hypertrophy training, fat loss, and strength and conditioning, and I firmly believe that the experiences we cultivate in the gym extend far beyond physical fitness. My primary objective is not only to help clients achieve their fitness goals but also to empower them to embody the qualities of a champion, both within and outside the gym. I am passionate about fostering self-confidence in my clients, enabling them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
