Kiana Mayer – Personal Trainer
Hi everyone, my name is Kiana Mayer! My passion for fitness comes from my own fitness/weight loss journey. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and athletic performance training.
I got into weight lifting/strength training about 12 years ago, but was never very serious about it until about 7 years ago which is when I went through my weight loss journey and got my personal training license. I lost about 80lbs through weight training, consistency, and being more cognizant of the foods I ate. This ultimately led to my love and passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
A little bit about me… I currently am in nursing school where I graduate next May. In August of 2023 I competed in my first bodybuilding show and just did another competition in July this year.
Health and Fitness has been a big passion of mine for a long time and I love helping others reach their fitness goals.

I’m Sergio Tellez, the proud owner and personal trainer at Tellez Fitness. With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in strength training and isolated movements. My passion for fitness drives me to help others achieve their health and wellness goals, and I find immense joy in coaching and training my clients.
At Tellez Fitness, I work with both men and women, offering personalized training plans tailored to each individual’s needs and abilities. I believe that strength training is not just about building muscle but also about enhancing overall physical and mental well-being. My approach focuses on proper technique and form, ensuring that my clients get the most out of each session while minimizing the risk of injury.
In addition to strength training, I provide nutrition advice to support my clients’ fitness journeys. I understand that exercise and diet go hand-in-hand when it comes to achieving optimal results. Whether you’re looking to gain muscle, lose weight, or simply improve your health, I can guide you in making the right dietary choices to complement your training regimen.
