Reggie K – Personal Trainer
Hey! What’s up?! My name is Reggie and I’ve been transforming people into their best selves through training, nutrition and concentrated positive vibes for over 10 years! I have always had a passion for fitness and overall wellness in life through mind, body, spiritual development and progression. I have a background in athletics, specifically in football, wrestling, running, mixed martial arts and in general I am game to try anything that challenges me physically and forces me to expand my skill level. I have competed in competitive body building competitions in men’s physique categories placing in top 5 and 1st respectively at different stages in my competition career. I have extensive experience with MACRO centered nutritional planning designed for daily life and maximizing nutritional nuances. I specialize in various training calibrations designed to improve strength and endurance as well as create lasting physical changes to your physique. We all have different goals and baselines for our bodies and my goal and attention is always in alignment with my athletes desired end result. I offer high interval, strength and power, conditioning, endurance, calisthenics, postnatal and competition prep styles of training to name a few, but the ultimate goal is to create a sustainable lifestyle change for my athletes that sends them on a path of growth, discovery, development, discipline and success! Finding the fun in your workout is a main principle that I practice in my daily life. We all wear many hats and serve several roles in our daily lives and we need to be able to bring out the best in whatever we do. I am a husband to my wife and a father to my 5 incredible children. My philosophy in life is to leave a legacy in all that you do, meaning everything you touch should be given your best effort with intention. I am here to be a personal guide for your fitness journey to navigate through the challenges and obstacles and celebrate your successes!
