Hi! My name is Ashley, some people call me Slim Fit. I’m a transformation coach specializing in women’s health and fitness, with a passion for helping my clients achieve total physical, mental, and spiritual transformation. My approach to training is centered around the belief that fitness is not just about looking good, but about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in every aspect of life.
I truly create customized programs that cater specifically to my client’s needs, focusing on body transformation and body recomposition. My programs are designed to challenge and inspire, incorporating a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises that are tailored to each client’s unique goals and abilities. I provide nutrition guidance to help my clients achieve their goals. I pride myself in my moral obligation as a coach and to the people I work with.
